Having been with QCONS and accompanying its development since 2018, Mr. Le Duy Binh has proven his capability through key positions ranging from Structural Design Engineer to C&S Design Manager. He has been a core figure directly guiding and managing structural solutions for numerous signature resort complexes and hotels, such as Maia Resort Ho Tram, Ixora Ho Tram (Phase 2), Cat Hai Bay, Maia Quy Nhon, Pullman Hai Phong 5-Star Hotel, and M-Garden Hotel…

Combining hands-on engineering background, technology application in design, and sharp executive thinking, he consistently emphasizes high standards in every workflow. In his position as Vice Director in charge of Operations, he remains steadfast in the objective of delivering optimal solutions, guaranteeing quality and progress for every project, and contributing to realizing QCONS’s core value: “Build Quality, Build Trust”.

Chief Accountant
Master of Accounting

Sticking with the company since 2009, she has contributed in the construction and development firm, particularly in the field of investment and finance. With about 25 years of work, she has accumulated solid experience for themselves the problems of finance and accounting. Active in the management and administration, she has advised leaders in the development and use of the company’s capital efficiency. Professional working style, directness and sincerity, she always creates a friendly and approachable to everyone. Currently she is managing and controlling the overall operations of the Accounting Department.

Design Manager
Electrical Engineer

Sticking with the company since 2011, he has consulted MEPF system design for many projects. Being careful, meticulous and inquisitive spirit, he has constantly perfecting himself, was appointed to Design manager MEPF in February 2014. With professional working style, enthusiasm, friendly, have a high sense of responsibility, he has always been liked by colleagues and highly appreciate by the Board of Directors. He is the one who provided invaluable support to the Company in the training and management.

With enthusiasm, dynamism of youth, sharp thinking ability, he always brought out the best advice for the investors in the solution of the estimating and bidding. He always won the trust of the Board of Directors, and high prized of the customers for responsibility and professional ethics.

Having been dedicated to QCONS since 2011, Mr. Nguyen Hai Son has accumulated extensive experience through key professional roles, ranging from Quantity Surveyor to Contract & Quantity Surveying Manager. He has directly managed and controlled costs, contracts, and bidding processes for numerous large-scale company projects.
With a solid professional foundation, meticulousness, and high responsibility, he consistently aims to optimize financial efficiency and safeguard company interests. In his position as Contract & Bidding Management Specialist, he significantly contributes to upholding QCONS’s core motto: “Build Quality, Build Trust”.
