– Calculate and quantify construction work for project items based on approved design drawings and cost estimates.
\n– Calculate, compare, and reconcile quantities between on-site quantity confirmation reports and design quantities, as well as quantities based on test results reports.
\n– Update and adjust quantities delivered to the construction site, controlling material losses to ensure they do not exceed permissible limits.
\n– Provide estimated quantities, types of equipment and materials, etc., to the tender management department for bidding purposes.
\n– Compile documents and quantities for payment submission for each project phase.
\n– Prepare acceptance reports and accompanying documents for each phase.
\n– Compile and report cumulative payment values \u200b\u200band quantities delivered to the construction site by contractors and material suppliers.<\/p>\n

Standard:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Graduated in Construction, Construction Economics or related fields.
\n– Proficient in Microsoft Office and constrcuction specialized software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project,…
\n– Communicative and specialized English.
\n– Proficient in professional knowledge and skills in using relevant software, and ability to read and understand drawings in all disciplines: architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical engineering, etc.
\n– At least 2 years of experience in overall construction quantity estimation, finance, construction, or related fields.
