Job description:

– Calculate and quantify construction work for project items based on approved design drawings and cost estimates.
– Calculate, compare, and reconcile quantities between on-site quantity confirmation reports and design quantities, as well as quantities based on test results reports.
– Update and adjust quantities delivered to the construction site, controlling material losses to ensure they do not exceed permissible limits.
– Provide estimated quantities, types of equipment and materials, etc., to the tender management department for bidding purposes.
– Compile documents and quantities for payment submission for each project phase.
– Prepare acceptance reports and accompanying documents for each phase.
– Compile and report cumulative payment values ​​and quantities delivered to the construction site by contractors and material suppliers.

Standard:

– Graduated in Construction, Construction Economics or related fields.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and constrcuction specialized software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project,…
– Communicative and specialized English.
– Proficient in professional knowledge and skills in using relevant software, and ability to read and understand drawings in all disciplines: architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical engineering, etc.
– At least 2 years of experience in overall construction quantity estimation, finance, construction, or related fields.
